Founded in 1920, Ireland’s oldest wine merchants Bagots, Hutton & Co., leading to special focus on experimenting with wine casks effects on ageing and maturation of whiskey. The union of the Bagots and Hutton families of Dublin marked the beginning of a brand that came to excite the Irish whiskey industry in the first part of 20th Century.
